Sales Support Administrator

Street Cranexpress are a growing, national company with a blue-chip customer base from a range of industries. We are currently looking for engineers to join our ever-expanding team of experts on the exciting projects we have.

The Role

This is a part-time role to provide an efficient administration support to all departments within Street Cranexpress and cover Key Accounts with holidays and sickness. We require someone to work 3-days per week ideally Wednesday to Friday; 08:45-17:00. Fridays are essential, remaining two are negotiable.

Duties of the Role

Oversee the production of quotations for the internal and external sales elements of the department and the administration of all associated documentation.
Manage several mail inboxes efficiently.
Enter sales information onto CRM system and oversee the logging of sales data and files.
Invoicing
Check that the monthly sales input is accurate and recorded within our systems.
Compile and submit invoices on our system.
Setup proforma invoices when required.
Create customer accounts on our digital systems advising them of log in details.
Manage all documents and templates to ensure that the correct versions are in circulation.
Process and send out certificates.
General administration duties and any reasonable request from the business
Ad hoc support to sales / operations.
Answer and deal with general customer service enquiries.
Processing of new orders.

Skills Required

A proven track record of providing an efficient administration service to a busy business.
Confident telephone manner
Competent in Microsoft Office Suite
Able to work well within a team and using own initiative.
