ISO Certification
Street Cranexpress’ integrated management system has been successfully audited against the requirements of ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, and ISO45001:2018. We have held all three accreditations, in their various forms, since 2012.
These demonstrate our commitment to improving performance and productivity, conforming with environmental legislation, and providing a framework for improving health and safety performance.

Since 2007, Street Cranexpress has been independently verified by SafeContractor; a leading third-party accreditation scheme, which recognises very high standards in health and safety management amongst UK contractors, proving our commitment to the safety of our employees and clients.

Our membership to BSI and British Standards Online gives us access to the British Standards which are relevant to the work we do. This commitment to the highest standards aids us in performing better as a company.
Continual Improvement
Our online ‘Improvement Form’ is easily accessed and completed by any member of our team and allows us to rectify day-to-day issues and ensure continual improvement. The form is capable of capturing:
- Nonconformities
- Opportunities for Improvement
- Accidents, incidents, or near misses
- Customer feedback
The information received is reviewed regularly and improvements implemented as appropriate.

Bit of a strange email and probably the first I’ve ever sent of its kind. However, I just wanted to pass on some feedback on the engineer we had attend site for the Service Remedials this week. He was on of the most polite, helpful engineers I’ve experienced on site in my time here at Polypipe, and it’s something we all picked up on in the office.

Would just like to pass on some feedback regarding some of your engineers, its often reported quick enough hen something hasn’t gone correctly but not when there is some good feedback to report. I had Jordan and Matt attend site for a planned repair at REL last week and the way they conducted the tasks they were undertaking was spot on, from the initial site meet to filling out the POWRA and setting up the work area. I asked Jordan to pop over to PCO with me and walk a client through a step-by-step method statement you have provided for exiting the crane and again it was very detailed. Great effort from the lads.

It’s not often that contractors get praise in here but I thought it was worthwhile mentioning and feeding back to you that the team managed to repair 3 crane pendants and also replace a harness and get 4 cranes back into service today. It was a great effort and your engineers deserve credit for getting the final crane up and running that needed the harness replacing, by using initiative to check all stores for spares and get this repaired. Please pass on my thanks to the team.
