Recently, Andrew Beasley celebrated his 15th Anniversary with Street Cranexpress. During that time, Andy has developed the spares department and seen the company go from strength to strength.
Andy explains:
“I’ve seen the team grow, from only four staff in the three operational departments, to what it is today – ten people covering the Service, Breakdown, and Spares divisions, with more covering Admin, Projects, and the central services. I’ve also seen us move premises twice, and seen the company grow in reputation and success.”
During his time, Andy has worked closely with Managing Director, Ray Fletcher in developing the spares service offering and refining what the department should and could offer.
The trust Andy was given to develop the department plays a key role in the reason he has stayed with Street Cranexpress for so long, as he explains:
“There wasn’t an outright spares department when I joined the company, anybody quoted the customer, and the sales were quite low. I was allowed to put the processes in place and grow the spares division into what it is today.
“As a family-owned business, I was given support particularly during changes in my own circumstances, this meant a lot to me and still does.”
Facing these challenges with support and playing a key role in the long-term success of Street Cranexpress has kept Andy motivated for 15 years.
